The a la carte menu at Nick’s uses local products and wherever possible organic ingredients. We have herbs growing in the chefs’ garden and picked daily for flavouring the dishes. You can enjoy fresh, wholesome healthy meals. Nick’s caters for patrons with special dietary needs, cultural requirements, and provide vegetarian meals.

Dessert Menu
All of Nick’s desserts are homemade including
non-dairy and gluten free sweets. Treat yourself to some of
our delicious desserts eg Swiss Apple Pie, Sacher Torte,
Macadamia Cake with Fresh Fruit Salad and Meringue. A popular
old favourite is Banana Split using Sugar Bananas grown on the
property.

Takeaway Menu
Popular with the locals after a hard day at
work, is our take-away service. Anyone can pick the meal up on
your way past. Visitors staying in the Yungaburra area can
order take-away and eat their dinner in peace and privacy.
Customers may order take-away meals from the a la carte menu.
Nick’s take-away menu is on a flyer which includes popular
dishes such as Pork Spare Ribs, Veal Schnitzel, Pastas, Fish
and Chips, Roast of the day, Salads, Vegetables, Garlic Breads
and a selection of Cakes.

Children's Menu
Our Children’s menu is a cartoon coloured page that
entertains while deciding from a variety of meals such as
Pastas, Frankfurter, Veal Schnitzel, Fish and Chips and Mini
Banana Splits and Ice creams and much more.

Nick's Sausage Van at the Markets
Nick’s Sausage Van is one of the major attractions of the
Yungaburra Markets. You can enjoy a Bratwurst, Continental or
Mexican sausage grilled on the barbeque, served in a bread bun
with grilled onions, sauerkraut and topped with mustard and
tomato sauce. To find Nick’s Van, listen for the yodeling and
the ringing of the Swiss bells, then follow the aroma of the
sizzling sausages.
The Yungaburra Markets are held every 4th Saturday of each
month except December when the markets are held on the Sunday
before Christmas Day. Markets open from 6.00am until Midday.
Nick's Sausage Van also provides food for local festivals in
the area such as the Atherton Show (July), Atherton Maize
Festival and Mareeba Multicultural Festival
(August) .
